We are seeking a Junior Technician to help implement and further develop our small drone business strategy. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sales support, minor repairs, hardware analysis, and shipping logistics. You will work closely with our team to ensure top-tier drone maintenance, service, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
  • Assisting with sales and customer support, gaining product knowledge to help clients.
  • Analyzing drone hardware and software for optimal performance.
  • Managing shipping, receiving, and logistics of drone equipment.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and refine business operations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with basic tools such as screwdrivers and power drivers.

  • Assembly experience, either on an assembly line or as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOM) and work instructions.

  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension).

  • Ability to hand solder and demonstrate proficiency in electronic assembly.

  • Multi-tasking ability with a willingness to learn and master various tasks.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Windows-based PCs, with the ability to use computers effectively for daily tasks (power-user skills not required, but regular computer use is essential).

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive exam demonstrating technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous UAV operator experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

  • Aptitude to learn new software quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.

License Requirement:

  • FAA Part 107 certification required within 60 days of hire.
